Yoga Eye Pillows, Soothers/Heat Pads

5.5 x 4 Child's size eye pillow: $6

Stuffed Animal pillow: $15

Hand sewn, filled with a combination of flax, rice, buckwheat hulls and/or lentils, plus dried lavender, chamomile and/or peppermint and a few drops essential oil. Each pillow has a removable and washable cover, and a heavy duty insert that can be put into the freezer for cold therapy, or in the microwave (for 10-20 second bursts) and used as a hot compress.

Wonderful for the eyes, forehead, or belly in Savasana. Excellent fidget soother for children.
