CALENDAR

This calendar is a live display of all classes I am teaching. Any class that I normally teach that does not display is either cancelled, has a sub, or the facility is closed. I usually post upcoming cancellations well in advance so you can adjust your schedule. Please feel free to email me with questions. For Silver Sneakers classes specifically, please click "Senior Yoga" on the menu above.
